The hotel is pleasant and peaceful with best personnel who made us feel very welcome and provided great service. It has neat and bright rooms, great value for money. There are an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location is peaceful and historic, 4 km from War Memorial. Every time in Bath we stay in this hotel.

Flexibility was good after we complained about the insufficiently clean room. . Upgrade and breakfast were then free of charge. As we were travelling by car we could use Park and Ride to Bath for £6 there and back.

The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing! I got to taste some really delicious dishes. The bed was like a cloud, so comfy! there were cool things in the room like a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and a hair dryer. 😊

The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful, especially the receptionist upon arrival, and the location is absolutely beautiful, plus it’s a great value for the price.

The architecture and the restaurant. Food is cooked in the restaurant. The place is in the middle of refurbishment following a change of ownership, so for those seeking spotless perfection, then best not to book just yet. It'll be great when the work is finished. The four-poster bedroom was very comfortable indeed.
It wasn't altogether obvious how to find the main entrance, during the works being undertaken.
